Shipping and returns

Here you'll find everything about your vase's journey to you and, if needed, back again. The seller is Business Growth Solutions SRL, which runs the Melinda Decor shop. The company's full details are in the Terms and conditions.

1. Delivery in Romania

• By courier, when paying online by card: 24 RON

• By courier, with cash on delivery: 29 RON

• For orders over 500 RON, courier delivery is free

• Personal collection from the showroom, Str. Johannes Kepler nr. 69, Sector 2, Bucharest: free, once we let you know your order is ready

2. Delivery to other countries in the European Union

At the moment we only deliver by courier within Romania. If you'd like a vase delivered to another EU country, write to us at [email protected] and we'll tell you how much it costs.

You'll see the exact delivery cost in your cart before you place your order. Unless we have agreed a different time, we deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest.

3. If the vase arrives damaged

Porcelain travels well when it's packed carefully, but it does happen. If your vase arrives broken or chipped, write to us at [email protected] with a photo of the parcel and the vase. We'll send you another one or refund you, including delivery. The risk in transit is ours until you receive the parcel.

4. Right of withdrawal, 14 days

The quickest way: fill in the form on the Withdraw from contract here page and you'll immediately receive a confirmation by email, with the date and time.

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods delivered separately, the period runs from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Business Growth Solutions SRL, Str. Johannes Kepler nr. 69, Sector 2, Bucharest, postcode 020346, Romania, email [email protected], telephone +40 723 202 639, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement: the form on the Withdraw from contract here page, an email or a letter sent by post. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. For orders paid cash on delivery, the reimbursement is made by bank transfer to the account you give us. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please send back the goods or hand them over to us at the showroom, Str. Johannes Kepler nr. 69, Sector 2, Bucharest, postcode 020346, Romania, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please pack the porcelain carefully so it arrives in one piece.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, for example with a name, a dedication or a design chosen when ordering.

6. The 2-year legal guarantee

In addition to the right of withdrawal, as a consumer you have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If the vase has a defect or doesn't match its description, we replace it, and if that isn't possible, we refund you or give you a price reduction. Details in the Terms and conditions.
